Hemptastic is a home based business which began selling hemp products via e-commerce and market stall in April 2005. Hemptastic strives to showcase the best hemp products available, ignite conversation about the Hemp Plant, provide satisfying customer service and make quality information more readily available to the consumer and public alike.

What We Have Been Doing

Since June 2005 Hemptastic has achieved a number of things kicking off with the regular appearance at the Victoria Street Sunday Markets in Mackay. Hemptastic has also uploaded "Hemptastic V1.2" our second website since opening in June 2006; updating the look of the website to establish a distinctive style to Hemptastic while intergrating modern on-line shopping cart software to enhance the shopping experience. New products have been added to the growing list of items sold and we have launched our lastest effort "Hemp @ Home Shin-Digs" the Hemp Version of at home shopping experiences.

Push for Hemp

Hemptastic continues aiming to encourage consumers to contribute to their environment and body in a passive way by simply deciding to choose alternative products which benefit both. By doing this we create a demand for Hemp products which in turn lends support to the Hemp Fibre Industry. If the demand is there our farmers will grow the fibre and manufactures will use the product, after all markets are driven by demand; there is no use growing or making something no one wants to buy.

Hemp Manufacturers

Australian made hemp products have been sort where possible because Hemptastic understands Aussies love to support our Aussie manufacturers. Unfortunately Australia does not manufacture a large range of commerically available hemp products yet. All but 1 of our wholesalers are Australian however not all the products are Australian made. Hemptastic has chosen manufacturers that have the right attitude in the first place, they believe in natural alternatives and have invested great amounts of time, energy and money to produce first class products that fulfill consumer requirements whilst contributing to a happier and pollution free environment and body. So now you can be assured that the 'Hemp Makers' are not just 'jumping the wagon' and adding hemp to their range to cash in on the natural products market for short term gain. Now you have a real choice. Hemptastic will continually search for more product manufacturers with this attitude and add their products to our range as they become available.
