Please be advised that due to an ongoing telephone line outage that we are experiencing we have been unable to upload our new website as previously mentioned. We hope to load the new version in March at the latest, however this will largely depend on Telstras ability to rectify our line fault in a more timely manner.

We are currently putting the finishing touches on our new website that will completely replace this existing one. Unfortunately we are unable to fully migrate existing passwords for user accounts & order histories. We will reissue our existing customers with new loggins for the new system.
The new website will be feature packed including polls, blogsite, shopping cart enhancements like one page check outs, wish lists, ability to rearrange product listing from grid to list style, more product knowledge information, integration with our party plan website & much more user functionality then before. We are very excited to bring you Hemptastic Online Version 1.3. Get set for a whole new modern shopping experience with us.

Over the passed 2 weeks Hemptastic has finished relocating its main office to our new home address. This has created delays with responding & posting some orders. We assure you our move is now complete and delays shall not be an issue now.

20 February 2009

From the 20 February to the 22 February we performed a control panel migration. This particular exercise was undertaken to ensure we had the system requirements for rolling out our new version of this website.

Our website was back up and running to its full capabilities by the 22 with the exception of email. This particular issue has been resolved and now working as expected.

Many thanks goes out to our ever helpful web hosting team at Digital Pacific, in particular Michael A whom worked through issues with us that arose.

Hemptastic Version 3.0 coming soon. The new version of our website will be on the Magento Ecommerce platform and will come with many different user features and functionality including wish list, one page checkout process, ship to multiple addresses, multiple store fronts and many other exciting features.

When Does Hemptastic Perform Updates on this site?

Website Updates will occur between Midnight through to 3.00am. Updates will be a scheduled to occur on Sundays, Wednesdays and Thursday night.

Updates will not always occur on the above mentioned days, however if site maintenance is required it will be performed during these times.

If you experience connection difficulties during these periods please consider Website updates as the reason. If you continue to have connection difficulties please inform Hemptastic.

Website updates are changes made to the Hemptastic Website. Updates are required for a number of reasons which could include
