Hemptastic accepts a variety of payment methods to give you options. Ranking 1 means that it has the quickest turn around time to recieve products from the date of confirmation and the rank of 4 is the longest. Use these ranks to help you decide how you will pay for your order.

Payments Notification:

All confirmed orders sit in a nice tray called " Orders Awaiting Payment" at the Hemptastic Office. They will stay there for only 7 working days and won't to out on their journey to you until they are matched up with a payment. So please pay for them as they like to travel!!

If you are unable to make payment of your order within this time (7 working days) please contact Hemptastic to arrange alternative solutions.

After this time (7 working days) Hemptastic will attempt to contact you to see if you wish to complete the order.

If we are unable to contact you or you haven't contacted us after this time (7 working days) it will be assumed that unfortunately the order will not be paid for :( We would love you to experience Hemp products and strongly encourage you to finalise orders however in this instance all that will happen is notification will be sent to your shipping address informing you that your order has been cancelled. Upon cancellation the products held for your order will be released for sale to another customer.

If this happens to you it won't effect any future purchases it just means it may help to ease any worries you may have about not being able to make payment of the order without you needing to contact us.
