To make a returns please contact us either via email or phone us with your order number & details of the item that you would like to return. When returning items please remember we require items to be in original condition, unopened or worn. We cannot offer returns/replacements on discontinued, end of line or permanently out of stock items and will ensure you are aware that these items are such. A store credit may be appropriate in these cases.
After completing your order you will receive an order confirmation email. We then package & dispatch your order within 24hrs of its receipt of orders with payments. Unless you are using paypal dispatch of your orders will be delayed until payments have been received.
How long will it take to get my order?
This largely depends on the delivery address & the payment method you have choose. Orders are generally packaged & dispatched within 24hrs of receipt of order & payment.
What will happen if I don't pay for an order I made?
We will try and contact you to see if you wish to continue with the order, after that we will release the products held for sale to another customer. No grudges held!

If you want to give a gift of hemp we make it easy for you by following these 4 simple steps - While in the checkout process
1 -add a message to your order as you would like it made out on the gift tag,
2- make the orders shipping address the one of the person whom you are sending the gift
3- add your address to the billing address field
4- Complete your order & you are done.We will send you the tax invoice & the package to the recipient of your gift.

- No. You do not need to register with this site to place an order. Registering is completely optional. When “checking out” you have the option of “checkout as guest” which means you only need to enter you information for the checkout process. No account is created with this option. Upon returning to this site these details will not be held on our database, you will be required to re-enter them to checkout again.
- What is the View as grid or list in the product list about?
- This is a user interaction feature. You can either view the product listing as a “grid” which sorts products in a side by side manner and omits the brief product description. Sorting as a list displays products horizontally on top of each other & includes a brief product description. This is just a user interaction choice you now have.
- I used to be registered with your old site, can I use this to login here?
- Short answer is we have moved your details over however reset passwords. You should have received an email with your new password to this site recently. If you haven’t please contact us for help. After you have logged in please check your details to ensure they are correct and make any changes necessary. Please note the only accounts that have been moved over are ones created from July 2009 to present. If you created an account with us previous to this date it may not be on our new site.
- Has my order history come over to this new site?
- If you had a completed order then no, we were unable to bring over order history details for completed orders. For orders that were pending or processing during the move we have added these to our backend so they are still viewable.
- How do I view my orders?
- To view your orders please log into your account for a list of orders placed on our current website. Please note, if you are a customer from our previous website, your order history will not be available unless when we moved over your order was either processing or pending.
- How do I update my account Information?
- To update your account information please log into your account and make any changes.

- If you cannot find an answer to your questions on this page please do contact us so we can help you out. Chances are your question will be relevant to others & we can add the answer to this list.

- We take privacy & security seriously we have 256bit SSL encryption in place on all pages that require you to enter personal information. This means that when your browser communicates with our server all that information is encrypted so that anyone trying to intercept it will not be able to read it or use it. - Hemptastic is a home based business run by mother and daughter team Anne & Maree. Anne provides the dispatch & bookkeeping & customer service support while Maree takes cares of all design areas and customer service.

- Hemptastic has been in business since 2005. Appearing at Market stalls & selling online. Our latest ventured is Hemp @ Home, our version of party plan.

- Our first online website was launched in 2006 and since has been replaced 2010 with this current version. We have appeared at the Victoria Street Sunday markets in Mackay for 4 years running but have this year taken a break from them. We have attended for 3 years running the River to Reef festival in Mackay, the Festival of Arts in Mackay and market stalls in Dysart.
- Who are Hemptastic’s product suppliers?
- Currently we have 5 awesome product suppliers here in Australia. Currently we do not import products at this stage.
- Where are Hemptastic’s product made?
- 3 skincare manufactures are Australian owned, grown & made. Richmond Nature however is Australian owned manufactured in China.
